Warranty Returns Instructions

  1. For cameras contact https://returns.axon.com. For all other products, Email VIEVU Support at support@vievu.com or call 888-285-4548 (Option 2).
  2. Warranty replacements will be arranged by VIEVU support per your warranty.
  3. Ship the product per instructions given by VIEVU support. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package. The original packaging is recommended to prevent damage during transport.

All products must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Packages received without an RMA number will be returned to sender. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Review the Warranty Policy for warranty details and policy information. Please make every attempt to download any videos on your camera before sending it to VIEVU. If requested, VIEVU will make its best efforts to recover the videos for you and safeguard your evidence. However, VIEVU is not responsible for any videos or evidence on a camera that is shipped to us. If videos are recovered, we will make an exact copy of the video files and return them to you via certified mail to ensure a chain of evidence. VIEVU does not pay for the shipping of warranty product.
